Church-Centric Bible Translation (CCBT) is a global movement that is a response to the expansion of the church into previously unengaged people groups that has created an increasing demand for translation of God’s Word into the heart languages of these groups. Local churches are beginning to take responsibility for their own translation needs. Together, initiatives of this type are converging into this global movement.
